Prin participarea la clasele LinSublim, lectiile audio cat si sesiunile individuale sunt deacord cu termenii si conditiile

Returnarea nu se va efectua sub nici un caz. Abonamentele sunt nominale, pot fii transferate catre alte persoane doar dupa aprobarea furnizorului.

Va oferim oportunitatea

Lin Sublim nu este stretching sau exerctii fizice. Sunt lectii neuroplastice ce ne utilizeaza tot sistemul nervos pentru a ne reda conexiunile pierdute cu musculatora si sistemul nervos.

Orice miscare din lectie este necesar sa fie placuta

Nu suntem responsabili in nici o masura de faptul ca clientul a efectuat un exercitiu cu forta, gresit sau a provocat discomfort si durere. LinSublim intotdeauna indica ca totul sa fie placut, ca intr-o meditatie si stare de flow. Atunci cand doare ceva, va rugam sa faceti miscarea mai mica SAU in imaginatie.

Am primit aprobarea de la medicul meu pentru exercitii, nu sunt contraindicate si imi asum responsabilitatea. Deasemenea utilizatorul ne permite inregistrarea oricarei clase online prin intermediu digital si/sau in locatii fizice in orice format, audio, video etc. Este responsabilitatea utilizatorul de a-si adjusta optiunile audio/video daca nu doreste sa fie inregistrat in decursul unei clase online.

Subscriptii lunare

Subscriptile lunare va ofera acces la streaming al lectiilor preinregistrate atat timp cat subscriptia este platita si valida.

Subscriptia lunara nu va permite descarcarea materialului. Orice descarcare neautorizata a lectiilor audio/video este interzisa si atrage dupa sine consecinte in coformitate cu codul penal actual

Restituirea contravalorii oricarei lectii este imposibila. Odata contul creat acceptati termenii si conditiile. Acesti termeni si conditi se aplica atat lectiilor preinregistrate, cele in regim de streaming cat si celor fizice in cazul demonstratiilor de tip marketing.

Achizitie continut digital, cursuri si lectii

Achizitia continutului digital audio sau video preinregitrat cu lectii individuale sau module va permite descarcarea acestora si utilizarea lor in scop personal. Cursurile avand o valabilitate nelimitata, atat timp cat platforma este functionala. Va rugam sa nu le impartasiti cu nimeni altcineva. In caz de descoperire a incalcarii proprietatii intelectuale prin distriburie neautorizata, sunteti pasabili de plata unei taxe/amenzi de 10.000 RON pana la 100.000 RON.

Fiecare cont este personal si nu poate fii impartit cu altcineva. In cazul in care doriti ca si alte cunostinte ale dvs sa beneficieze de aceste lectii, le puteti achizitiona carduri cadou.

Ne rezervam dreptul as suspendam conturile in cazul ca detectam orice incalcare a termeniilor si conditiilor. Suspendarea este la discretia furnizorului si se poate face fara motivatie.

Lectii de grup

Mai mult decat atat, prin inscrierea si participarea la orice curs, workshop, fie el fizic sau digital, acceptati implicit acesti termeni si conditii

Utilizarea platformei si a continutului achizitionat se va face de catre utilizator prin intermediul unui browser fiind necesara conexiunea la internet. Recomandam accesarea prin cea mai recenta versiune a browser-uli Firefox. Accesarea se poate face prin tableta, mobil, calculator ce detine un sistem de operare modern actualizat (windows, linux, macos) si un browser actualizat.

Accesul la continut este permis atata timp cat exista o subscriptie valida si platita.
