Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These terms are complementary to the official terms and conditions including privacy policy.
1. Eligibility:
To participate in our affiliate program, you must:
- Be a legally registered commercial entity (LLC or individual Sole Proprietorship) and provide necessary documentation.
- Have a valid tax identification number.
2. Commission/Reward Structure:
- Standard Rate: 7% on all qualifying sales.
- Tiered Structure:
- 10% for existing platform premium subscribers (yearly plan).
- 15% for premium subscribers who have been with us for over 7 months, are active in the community, and have generated over $5000 in sales. (Granted ONLY after we've manually reviewed each request)
3. Payment Terms:
- Minimum Payout: €100
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed monthly after a 90-day hold period to prevent chargebacks.
- Payment Methods: IBAN Bank transfer - Make sure you have a valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) -
4. Affiliate Tracking:
- Each affiliate will receive a unique tracking link.
- Sales generated through this link will be attributed to the affiliate.
- Our system will track unique visitors and sales to ensure accurate commission calculations.
- The tracking is done via a cookie in the browser, and will be valid for 30 days untill a person signs up.
5. Participation
To become an affiliate you need to have a registered account and also please send an email to affiliates@linsublim.com with the following information:
- Company / Legal Name: If applicable
- Your Full Name:
- Company Registration Document: Or any document emitted by your state confirming that such entity exists including TAX/EIN number
- IBAN Bank Account:
- Declaration of Agreement: Confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
- Email Address: Specify the email address you used to register for your LinSublim account
- Membership Level: Indicate whether you are a premium subscriber or a standard user.
- Marketing Channels: List the platforms AND your url's on those platforms and channels you plan to use to promote LinSublim (e.g., blog, social media, email marketing).
- Website Information: Provide details about your website(s), including traffic estimates and industry.
Please note that we will only process affiliate payments after receiving this information and verifying your eligibility.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in deceptive marketing practices: This includes misleading advertisements, false claims, or spam.
- Using our trademarks or logos without written permission.
- Promoting our services in a way that is harmful to our reputation.
- Participating in click fraud or other fraudulent activities.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Affiliate Marketing Activities
Affiliates may promote our services through:
- Blog posts
- Social media
- Video reviews
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising
However, affiliates must ensure that their marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices.
8. Chargebacks and Fraud:
- Chargebacks: If a customer issues a chargeback, the affiliate's earnings will be adjusted accordingly to cover the chargeback amount and any associated fees.
- Fraud: We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account termination and legal action.
Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, the affiliate will be held responsible for the full amount of the chargeback, including any associated fees. We reserve the right to deduct the chargeback amount from any future earnings or require immediate repayment. If we suspect fraudulent activity on the part of an affiliate, we may terminate their account and pursue legal action.
9. Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions including the rates at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via this page.
10. Termination:
We may terminate an affiliate's account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or failing to provide the accurate information provided.
11. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided by us remain our property. Affiliates may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
